How Can We Help You?
1.
Am I too old to start exercising?

It’s never too late for anyone to start exercising. Our oldest client is 97 years old! Not only that; theres a good testimonial from her too.

Will those exercisers be too tough for me ?

We will perform a full body assessment with each client, after which we provide a customised exercise program. Rest assured regression or progression is always available for every individual.

Where is your gym/centre?

Right in your living room! Save the hassle of commuting, and let me come to you instead.

How much is the program?

RM 2,000 for a 10-session program or RM 5,400 for a 30. Subsequently some chooses to extent their packages.

I have visited the chiro/physio/ PT and even medical doctors; don't seem to work

It’s natural for senior citizens to think they need to visit the chiropractor, physiotherapist or doctor each time they are in pain. More often than not, they are left disappointed by the outcome of their visit.

We must understand that each of these professions have different focus in medical health. The work of a physiotherapist differs from the work of a corrective exercise specialist. A physiotherapist generally focuses on trauma cases, i.e. post-surgery, post-accident, tendo strain/ligament sprain, etc.

A corrective exercise specialist works on musculoskeletal imbalances due to lifestyle and certain prolonged postures due to gravity and kinetic force.

Can I just do a standard program?

I am unable to help any client without first meeting up to understand the problem and to do an assessment. There are no ‘pre-set programs’ because every individual has unique needs, goals and health conditions.

7.
I have no mobility or flexibility issues. Why would I need a program?

Healthier senior citizens who have little or no issues with mobility or flexibility should still work on maintaining their fitness status quo to continue indepentdant living into their golden years.
